Vakıf Ankara Congress Centre has three separate halls: with 1500 m² and a 5-metre ceiling, the Main Hall seats 800 guests at round tables or hosts 1200 for a cocktail reception. Salon 3 seats 120 for dinner, and Salon 2 suits boutique weddings of up to 80.
Food and beverage service comes from our own kitchen; menu, concept, flowers and table plan are designed together with you. The giant LED screen, modular stage and professional sound and lighting in the Main Hall let us stage the entrance, first dance and cake moment at production quality. A bridal preparation room and VIP rooms are available too.
The venue sits on Eskişehir Road (Dumlupınar Boulevard), inside the General Directorate of Foundations campus and opposite Gordion Mall — easy to reach from Çayyolu, Ümitköy and Etimesgut. A large car park and valet service are available for your guests, and you can book a site visit any day of the week before you decide.

Easy to reach from west Ankara
In Etimesgut, right on Eskişehir Road.
Vakıf Ankara Congress Centre is in the Erler neighbourhood of Etimesgut, at Dumlupınar Boulevard (Eskişehir Road) No: 340/2, inside the General Directorate of Foundations campus and opposite Gordion Mall. The Eskişehir Road corridor is a shared meeting point for guests travelling from Etimesgut, Eryaman, Sincan, Çayyolu and Ümitköy. For guests coming from Batıkent, Yenimahalle or anywhere else in the city the address is just as simple: searching “Vakıf Ankara Kongre Merkezi” in a navigation app is enough.
By car
From Çayyolu and Ümitköy simply join Eskişehir Road. A large car park and valet service are available for guests.
By metro
Ümitköy station on the M2 (Kızılay–Koru) line is the closest metro stop to the venue.

Where in Ankara is the wedding venue, and how do guests get there?
We are at Dumlupınar Boulevard (Eskişehir Road) No: 340/2, Erler, Etimesgut, inside the General Directorate of Foundations campus and opposite Gordion Mall. From Çayyolu and Ümitköy simply join Eskişehir Road; the closest metro stop is Ümitköy on the M2 line.
Can the civil ceremony take place in the hall on the wedding night?
Yes — the ceremony can be held on the Main Hall stage on the same evening as the wedding. The official application and the registrar request go to the marriage office of the relevant municipality, and we plan the ceremony time and hall layout around that appointment with you.
Do you provide the stage, sound, lighting and decor?
Yes. The Main Hall has a giant LED screen, a modular stage and professional sound and lighting, and bespoke content can be prepared for your entrance and first dance. Concept, decor and floral design are planned by the same team.
Can we hold the engagement, henna night and wedding at the same venue?
Yes. All three can be planned with the same team, choosing a different hall and concept for each — for example Salon 2 or Salon 3 for the engagement or henna night, and the Main Hall for the wedding.
