The civil ceremony
A calm, elegant setting for the “I do”.
When couples look for a civil ceremony venue in Ankara, most think beyond the ceremony itself: instead of leaving right after the vows, guests stay for a cocktail reception or dinner. At Vakıf Ankara Congress Centre the ceremony and the celebration are planned under one roof by one team. In a cocktail layout the 165 m² Salon 2 takes 200 guests, the 276 m² Salon 3 takes 350 and the 1500 m² Main Hall takes 1200; for a seated dinner the figures are 80, 120 and 800.
The ceremony table, flowers and lighting are designed together around the moment of the vows, and our concept and decor team sets the theme with you. Cocktail catering and dinner menus come from our own kitchen and follow the flow of the event. Photo and video coverage, music and, if you wish, a live stream are coordinated by the same team. A preparation room and VIP rooms are available to the couple and both families.
The official marriage application and the request for a registrar go through the marriage office of the relevant municipality; we plan the ceremony time and hall layout around it with you. The venue is on Dumlupınar Boulevard (Eskişehir Road) opposite Gordion Mall, easy to reach from Çayyolu, Ümitköy and Etimesgut, with a large car park and valet service. You can tour the halls any day of the week, and availability and quote requests are answered within one business day.

Can we hold the ceremony and the cocktail in the same hall?
Yes. The ceremony and the cocktail or dinner that follows are planned in the same hall by the same team. For a cocktail layout Salon 2 takes 200 guests, Salon 3 350 and the Main Hall 1200.
Do you arrange the registrar?
The official application and the registrar request go to the marriage office of the relevant municipality. We plan the ceremony time and hall layout around that appointment with you.
Can we follow the ceremony with a seated dinner?
Yes. For a seated dinner Salon 2 seats 80, Salon 3 120 and the Main Hall 800; the menu is set with you by our own kitchen.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is tailored to your date, guest count, hall, catering or menu and production scope. Send us your date and we reply with a proposal within one business day.
Can we see the hall beforehand?
