At Vakıf Ankara Congress Centre, the Main Hall — 1500 m² with a 5-metre ceiling — seats 1000 participants in theatre layout. Next to it, Salon 3 (300 in theatre layout) and Salon 2 (150) serve as parallel-session or workshop rooms. Capacities are indicative and are reconfigured for every congress.
The entire congress operation is run by a single in-house team: online and on-site registration, badges and accreditation, and delegate flow; simultaneous translation with booths, headsets and operators; live streaming, recording and full hybrid-event capability. The giant LED screen spanning the stage, the modular stage and professional sound and lighting in the Main Hall support every format from the opening plenary to panels. Coffee breaks and lunches come from our own kitchen, while accommodation and transfers are coordinated through our hotel partnerships.
The venue is on Eskişehir Road (Dumlupınar Boulevard), inside the General Directorate of Foundations campus and opposite Gordion Mall — easy to reach from Çayyolu, Ümitköy and Etimesgut. A large car park, valet service, step-free access and 24/7 security make the day easier for your delegates. What are the capacities of your congress halls in Ankara?
In theatre layout the Main Hall seats 1000, Salon 2 seats 150 and Salon 3 seats 300. In classroom layout Salon 2 seats 30 and Salon 3 seats 70; no classroom capacity is specified for the Main Hall. Capacities are indicative and are reconfigured for your event.
Are there separate rooms for parallel sessions?
Yes. Salon 3 (276 m²) and Salon 2 (165 m²) sit next to the Main Hall and work as parallel-session or workshop rooms. In U-shape, Salon 3 takes 54 and Salon 2 takes 30.
Do you provide simultaneous translation?
Yes. The simultaneous translation set-up — booths, headsets and operators — is installed and run by the same team. Just share the number of languages and the session plan at the brief stage.
Do you manage registration and accreditation?
Yes. Online registration, on-site registration on the day, badge printing, accreditation and delegate flow are all handled by our in-house team.
Can you deliver a hybrid congress or live stream?
Yes. We offer live streaming, session recording and full hybrid-event capability. A technical spec sheet is available on request, and set-up and tests are completed during the production stage.
