The 1500 m² Main Hall at Vakıf Ankara Congress Centre turns a product presentation into a show, with a giant LED screen covering the entire stage, a modular stage, professional sound and lighting, and production-grade power and rigging. The 5-metre ceiling gives stage design and set pieces room to breathe. The hall adapts to a 1000-seat theatre-style presentation or a cocktail reception for 1200.
A launch speaks through its stage design. The stage and the space are branded to your identity and bespoke content is produced for the LED screen; the opening film, the product reveal and the running order of speeches are set up and tested during the production stage. Registration, badges and the welcome flow for press and invited guests are managed by the same team. With photo and video coverage, live streaming and recording, the launch reaches people who are not in the room, and VIP rooms can be reserved for your executives and special guests.
After the presentation you can host your guests in a cocktail layout, with food and beverage service from our own kitchen. For more boutique presentations, press gatherings or dealer previews, Salon 3 takes 350 in cocktail layout and Salon 2 takes 200. The venue is on Eskişehir Road opposite Gordion Mall, with a large car park and valet service. What is your capacity as a product launch venue in Ankara?

Can we use our own launch film and visuals on the LED screen?

How are set-up and rehearsals planned?
Once the proposal is approved we move into production, where stage set-up, content and technical tests are completed. The set-up and rehearsal schedule is defined in the proposal according to the scope of your event.
Can we live stream and record the launch?
Yes. Live streaming, recording and hybrid-event capability, along with photo and video coverage, come from the same team — so your press and social media material is ready as well.
Can we host a cocktail reception or dinner after the presentation?
Yes. Food and beverage service comes from our own kitchen. A cocktail reception or a seated dinner at round tables is planned in the proposal around your running order.
