The Main Hall at Vakıf Ankara Congress Centre — 1500 m² with a 5-metre ceiling — seats 800 guests at round tables. For smaller corporate galas and plaque ceremonies, Salon 3 seats 120 for dinner and Salon 2 seats 80.
The giant LED screen spanning the stage runs on content prepared for the event: nominee films, category transitions and winner announcements. The modular stage is built around the lectern, the host position and the presentation point, while professional sound and lighting underline every announcement and every walk to the stage. The running order is set up and tested during the production stage. The photo and video team captures each award moment, and with live streaming and recording the ceremony also reaches teams and stakeholders who cannot be in the room.
The gala dinner and beverage service come from our own kitchen, and the menu is planned with you as part of the proposal. We provide VIP rooms for dignitaries and special guests, registration and badges for guest arrival, and accommodation and transfer coordination for guests travelling from out of town. The venue is on Eskişehir Road opposite Gordion Mall, with a large car park, valet and step-free access. Send us your date and we will come back with a proposal within one business day.

At round tables (seated dinner) the Main Hall hosts 800, Salon 3 hosts 120 and Salon 2 hosts 80. Figures are indicative and are reconfigured around the stage size and table plan.
Can nominee films and winner announcements be shown on the LED screen?
Yes. We produce bespoke content for the full-stage giant LED screen in the Main Hall, and your existing videos can be used too. A technical spec sheet is available on request.
Can we live stream or record the ceremony?
Yes. Live streaming, recording and hybrid-event capability, together with photo and video coverage, are provided by the same team.
Can we hold a ceremony-only event without a seated dinner?
Yes. The Main Hall seats 1000 in theatre layout, and a cocktail-style reception can follow the ceremony. The layout is defined in the proposal around your running order.
