Salon 3, for 300 in theatre layout, and Salon 2, for 150, provide separate spaces next to the Main Hall for regional meetings, product training or one-to-one talks.
A dealer meeting is also a brand experience. The stage and hall are branded to your corporate identity, and the giant LED screen carries your year in review, target presentations and new product films with content prepared for the event. The modular stage and professional sound and lighting support the shift from the daytime presentation set-up to the evening’s awards and celebration. A registration desk, badges and a welcome flow guide your dealers smoothly from the door, while the photo and video team documents the day and produces material for your corporate communications.
For dealers travelling from outside the city, accommodation and transfer coordination is handled by the same team through our hotel partnerships. Coffee breaks, lunch and the gala menu all come from our own kitchen. The venue is on Eskişehir Road opposite Gordion Mall, with a large car park, valet, step-free access and 24/7 security. The process starts with a brief; through the site visit, proposal, production and event day, your dedicated planner remains your single point of contact.

How does the proposal process work for a dealer meeting?
After a brief covering your needs and date comes a site visit, then a proposal with scope and price, followed by production and the event day. Pricing is bespoke to each event, and enquiries are answered within one business day.
