The 165 m² Salon 2 seats 80 guests at round tables and the 276 m² Salon 3 seats 120; the 1500 m² Main Hall seats 800 for dinner or takes 1200 for a cocktail reception. Every hall can be reconfigured to the layout you want.
The moment everyone remembers from an engagement is the ring ceremony, so the ceremony table, the flowers and the lighting are designed together around it. Our concept, decor and floral team sets the theme with you, while our kitchen plans curated menus and full beverage service around the flow of the evening. Photo and video coverage, live streaming if you wish, and music and show options are coordinated by the same team. A preparation room and VIP rooms are available to both families.
The venue is on Dumlupınar Boulevard (Eskişehir Road), inside the General Directorate of Foundations campus and opposite Gordion Mall, so guests coming from Çayyolu, Ümitköy and Etimesgut reach it easily. A large car park, valet service and step-free access make the evening comfortable, especially for older family members. The process starts with a site visit: you can tour the halls any day of the week, then plan the theme, menu and timeline with us. Availability and quote requests are answered within one business day.

Which hall suits our engagement party in Ankara?
At round tables, Salon 2 suits up to 80 guests, Salon 3 up to 120, and the Main Hall seats 800 for larger parties. You can see all three during a site visit before deciding.
Can we choose a cocktail layout instead of a seated dinner?
Yes. Every hall is set up to the layout you want; for a cocktail reception Salon 2 takes 200 guests, Salon 3 takes 350 and the Main Hall 1200.
Can we hold both the engagement and the wedding here?
Yes. Both events are planned with the same team, and you can pick a different hall and concept for each — Salon 3 for the engagement and the Main Hall for the wedding, for example. Each quote is based on that event’s date, guest count, hall, menu and production scope.
Do you handle the ceremony table, flowers and decor?
Concept, decor and floral design are part of our services. The theme and colours are decided with you at the concept meeting.

Where is the venue, and how do guests get there?
We are at Dumlupınar Boulevard (Eskişehir Road) No: 340/2, Etimesgut, inside the General Directorate of Foundations campus and opposite Gordion Mall. From Çayyolu and Ümitköy simply join Eskişehir Road; the closest metro stop is Ümitköy on the M2 line. There is a large car park, valet service and step-free access.
Do you offer photo, video and live streaming for the ring ceremony?
Yes. Photo and video coverage are among our services, and the evening can be live-streamed for relatives far away. Everything is coordinated by the same team, together with music and show options.
Is there a preparation room for the families?
Yes — a preparation room and VIP rooms are available to both families.
Can we see the halls before the engagement?
Of course — site visits can be booked any day of the week. The theme, menu and timeline are planned together after the visit.
