The henna night
An intimate night, carefully staged.
A henna night is usually more intimate than the wedding, yet it calls for just as much care. For anyone looking for a henna night venue in Ankara, the two boutique halls of Vakıf Ankara Congress Centre stand out: the 165 m² Salon 2 seats 80 guests at round tables, and the 276 m² Salon 3 seats 120. For larger families, the 1500 m² Main Hall seats up to 800 for dinner. The seating plan can be arranged to leave more room for dancing.
Decor and music set the mood of the night. Our themed decor, concept and floral team designs every detail around the theme you choose, from the bride’s corner to the table styling. Music and show options are planned together with stage, sound and lighting production, so the bride’s entrance, the henna ceremony and the traditional dances follow one another without a break. The bridal preparation room is at your disposal for outfit changes during the night.
Catering comes from our own kitchen; curated menus and full beverage service are arranged around the flow of the night, whether you prefer a seated dinner or a cocktail-style henna night. The photo and video team captures the most emotional moments, and the night can be live-streamed for relatives far away. The venue is on Eskişehir Road opposite Gordion Mall, easy to reach from Çayyolu, Ümitköy and Etimesgut. A large car park, valet, step-free access and 24/7 security keep arrival and departure comfortable for your guests.
