Ball night
A finale worthy of all those years.
The real challenge of a graduation ball is getting the whole year group under one roof. For school administrations, parent associations and student committees looking for a graduation ball venue in Ankara, the 1500 m² Main Hall of Vakıf Ankara Congress Centre hosts 800 guests at round tables or 1200 in a cocktail layout. For a single class or department, Salon 3 takes 120 seated or 350 for cocktails, and Salon 2 takes 80 or 200. The table plan is drawn up to leave generous room for the dance floor.
The stage sets the energy of the night. The giant LED screen in the Main Hall is used for the class video, photo slideshows and content made for your school. The modular stage and professional sound and lighting are ready for speeches, plaque presentations, a DJ set and live music. Music and show options, themed decor, and photo and video coverage are planned with the same team, and an after-party setup can be added if you want the night to go on.
For parents and school administrators, safety comes first. The venue sits inside the General Directorate of Foundations campus and has 24/7 security. Its location on Eskişehir Road, opposite Gordion Mall, makes it easy to reach from Çayyolu, Ümitköy and Etimesgut, and there is a large car park and valet service for parents dropping off and collecting students. Step-free access makes things easier for every guest. Your committee can come for a site visit any day of the week, and quote requests are answered within one business day.

FAQ
Common questions, clear answers.
What is your hall capacity for a graduation ball in Ankara?
The Main Hall hosts 800 guests seated at round tables or 1200 in a cocktail layout. For smaller groups, Salon 3 takes 120–350 and Salon 2 takes 80–200.
How is security handled on ball night?
The venue is inside the General Directorate of Foundations campus and has 24/7 security. Details such as entry arrangements are settled with the school or committee at the planning stage.
Are the stage, sound, lighting and music part of the quote?
The Main Hall has a giant LED screen, a modular stage and professional sound and lighting. Music and show options and the production scope are defined in the quote according to what you need.
Should we choose a seated ball or a cocktail format?
Both work. A seated dinner for up to 800 makes for a more ceremonial night; a cocktail layout goes up to 1200 and leaves more room for dancing. Our kitchen plans the menu around the format you choose.
How is graduation ball pricing determined?
Pricing is a custom quote based on date, guest count, hall, menu and production scope. Send us your preferred date and approximate headcount and we reply within one business day.
