A gala night is a dinner and a stage programme at the same time. For companies, associations and foundations looking for a gala dinner venue in Ankara, the 1500 m² Main Hall of Vakıf Ankara Congress Centre brings the two together: a 5-metre ceiling, 800 guests at round tables or 1200 for a cocktail reception. For smaller guest lists, Salon 3 seats 120 for dinner and Salon 2 seats 80; every hall is set up to the layout you need.
The infrastructure for award ceremonies, opening speeches, promotional films and stage shows is already in the hall: a giant LED screen, a modular stage, and professional sound and lighting. Custom content can be produced for the LED screen, while photo and video coverage and live streaming are run by the same production team. Concept, decor and floral design follow your corporate identity or the theme of the night; VIP rooms for your guests of honour and an after-party setup can be planned too.
Food and beverage service comes from our own kitchen; curated menus and full beverage service are timed around the speeches and award segments of your programme. Located on Dumlupınar Boulevard (Eskişehir Road), inside the General Directorate of Foundations campus and opposite Gordion Mall, the venue offers a large car park, valet, step-free access and 24/7 security. Planning starts with a site visit and continues with the concept and the timeline; quote requests are answered within one business day.
